The fund is being formed. Here is what that means in practice.
The StarMeet Capital project is at a preparatory stage of formation. At present the investment fund has no registered legal entity, no management-company licence and no assembled portfolio of assets. All references to the timing of the first deals (2027–2028) are the team's indicative plans and do not constitute legally binding obligations.
The materials on starmeet.club, including the descriptions of a 1.5% equity share and a 1.5% net-profit share, do not constitute an offer, an invitation to make offers, an advertisement of securities or investment advice. No public fundraising and no sale of interests is carried out through this site. Contact with advisor candidates is preliminary in nature.
The protocol for assessing mutual fit on the basis of natal charts on the Data Cube platform is used by the fund as a procedural instrument for structuring personal interviews. The fund states openly that this method has no published statistical evidence of predictive power, does not guarantee the commercial success of any venture and is not a substitute for full business due diligence.
The AI agents for managing finance, marketing and processes described on this site are at an internal design stage. Mentioning these tools describes directions of the fund's future development, not working software available to third parties as of the date this site is viewed.
All share calculations given on this site are based on the fund's target financial model. Actual deal terms may differ when individual agreements are negotiated. Any expectations regarding the future profits of portfolio companies are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed by the fund.
